General Hospital Recap March 6, 2024: Today on GH – Anna questions Josslyn and Dex; Olivia and Sonny reconnect; Alexis is apprehensive; Cody and Sasha each make a confession; Spinelli and Ava are in for a shock.
General Hospital Recap March 6, 2024
Cody and Sasha meet Maxie in her office. She tells tells them she knows all about their little scheme. She’s onto them meddling in her love life, trying to hook her up with Spinelli. According to Maxie, their plan totally worked because she and Spinelli confessed their love for each other, but now they’re more distant than ever.
As Sasha asks what went down, Maxie tells her that Spinelli took advantage of her financial crisis to swoop in and save the day. Cody reckons Spinelli did something good, but Maxie feels like he crossed a line. She admits she’s grateful when someone tries to help, but she’s not okay with being micromanaged. Maxie confesses she’s willing to let it go and they urge her to forgive Spinelli and give it a shot. Then Maxie asks when are they going to take their own advice.
Maxie Has Advice!
Maxie informs them that they were fired from meddling in her love life, and advises them to reflect on themselves and channel their energy there. Sasha says since their meeting was canceled she can continue reading her book. Cody asks about her reading material and mentions his plan to go home and possibly watch a movie. They has things out and Sasha says they need to find excuses to spend time together.

Spinelli’s watching footage and Ava comes knocking on the door. Ava says Sonny wants him to grab the footage and send it to Brick before the cops catch on. Spinelli assures her he’s on it, and Ava asks how she can help. As they check the footage out together, Spinelli realizes that one of his feeds was cut.
Ava’s hoping he had cameras on the roof where the shot came from. As they continue to check, they freak out like they’ve seen a ghost. Ava wonders if someone messed with the footage. She says they have to tell Sonny what they discovered, and then Maxie shows up demanding to talk to Spinelli. He tells her it’s not a good time as Ava rushes out, and Maxie starts wondering what’s going on.
Spinelli explains that he and Ava were doing this thing for Sonny, and they saw something super confusing, but he cannot reveal anything more yet. Then Maxie suggests talking about where we left things. But Spinelli says he cannot do that right now. Maxie’s all confused because he looks like he’s seen a ghost. Then Spinelli drops the bomb: “I have.” Maxie begs Spinelli to spill the beans already and then Spinelli says he cannot believe this person is alive and going against Sonny.
Nina Introduces Adrian to Alexis!
Alexis is just about to leave work when Nina shows up with some guy in tow. She introduces him as Adrian Dewitt, a super popular columnist on the lookout for a new gig.
Alexis really hopes he’s not some kind of gossip columnist. Nina goes on about how having articles with Adrian’s name could be a big deal for the invader. Meanwhile, Adrian is busy trying to pitch himself as the perfect hire for Alexis.

When he finally leaves, Nina’s all hopeful that Alexis will admit she was right, but Alexis is totally sold on the idea and the columnist—she’s just not so sure about Nina. She’s wondering what Nina’s angle is, and Nina says she’ll just have to trust her.
Alexis then gets a call from the reporter she was supposed to meet, and she learns that an officer got shot. She reveals to Nina that the officer was Dante.

Anna and Sonny bump into Chase at the hospital. Chase tells Anna that Joss and Dex found Dante and did their best to help him stay alive.
Suddenly, Sam, Olivia, Joss, and Dex arrive in a rush, and Olivia demands to know what’s going on. She’s worried about her son and can’t help but wonder if Sonny had a hand in this.
Olivia compares this situation to when Sonny shot Dante, saying it all feels too familiar. Sam and Olivia leave to see if they can get any updates. Sonny turns to Anna and shares that Olivia blames him, but he also blames himself.
Anna approaches Dex and Joss and asks them to tell her everything about when they discovered Dante. She says they will have to give an official statement at some time. Joss and Dex explain what went down and how they found a phone with the line open to 911.

Chase is sitting with Olivia and explains that there was a raid on one of Selina Wu’s warehouses, and someone straight up fired a high powered rifle through the skylight. They’re thinking Sonny was the main target, but the shot missed him.
The docs are going all out for Dante, but Portia’s saying he’s not ready for surgery. Then, Dr. Robinson comes out, and everyone’s crowding around her, asking, ‘How’s Dante?‘ She explains that he’s in critical condition, got shot twice in the chest, and they’re getting him prepped for surgery.
Sonny heads to the chapel and has a heart-to-heart with God, begging him to do whatever it takes to save his son. Olivia joins him in prayer, expressing her fear of losing Dante.
After a call, Olivia has to leave, and then Ava arrives looking for Sonny. He snaps at her, demanding to know if she and Spinelli found anything. He apologizes and Ava shares that they did find something and that he needs to see it right away.
Ava has the footage, Sonny thinks they can get it to Brick for him to get the name of the person but Ava says they already know who it is. Sonny is in for a complete shock when she shows him the image of Jason.
