TJ informs Portia of rumors about her promotion. She expresses a desire to inform Curtis first, and TJ remarks that he will be so proud.
Stella visits Curtis and wonders if anyone else is present, but he informs her that he’s alone. Stella praises him for keeping everything together and admits to feeling proud of him. Curtis reveals that he does everything for Trina, Portia and Marshall. Despite the fact that he sometimes feels like staying in bed in the morning, he knows that his family needs him, and he won’t let them down. There’s a knock on the door and Stella opens it to find Selina, who claims to be there to see a friend. Stella is protective of her nephew, but Curtis assures her it’s alright. Stella leaves the two to converse, and Selina reveals that she hopes he’s reconsidered her offer to buy The Savoy. She promises to keep the original name of the club and to double the amount he paid for it. Curtis inquires why she’s determined to purchase his club instead of starting her own, to which Selina replies that she doesn’t have the time to establish a new club. Portia arrives, and they greet her. Stella offers to prepare tea for everyone as they become acquainted, but Selina reveals that she has another appointment and leaves. On her way out, Curtis thanks her for the basket. Curtis wonders why Portia is there in the middle of the day, and she informs him that she’s been named Co-Chief of Staff. He expresses his pride in his intelligent, accomplished and gorgeous wife. Stella suggests that they celebrate this occasion.

Laura pays a visit to Cyrus at Pentonville and he is surprised to see her. She notices that her brother has changed his appearance, having cut his hair and shaved. She inquires about his health since she knows he had a heart attack while in jail. Cyrus tells her that Drew Cain saved his life and he is grateful to him for it. He thinks Drew is a good man and Laura thinks it’s unfortunate that he’s also behind bars. He wonders if she will oppose his release now that she’s back, but she tells him that she doesn’t interfere in judicial decisions. Cyrus had hoped that Laura would put in a good word for him, but he understands her stance. Cyrus expresses his desire to give away his dirty money, but Laura seems hesitant. However, Cyrus argues that Laura trusts Sonny Corinthos when he gives away his dirty money, and he doesn’t understand why she doesn’t have the same trust in him. He also expresses his disappointment that his relationship with his sister isn’t as strong as Sonny’s relationship with her. Cyrus hopes that if he gets released, he can build a better relationship with Laura than Sonny has. Laura wishes him luck as they part ways. Layer, Cyrus is released.
Austin is currently at the office. He is reminiscing about the day he spoke on Cyrus’ behalf in court and thinking about his phone conversation with Mason, where he demanded that Mason release Ava. While he is lost in thought, Dex comes in and asks Austin if he has seen Ava Jerome. Austin informs him that Ava mentioned she was taking a trip to New York. Suddenly, without warning, Dex grabs Austin and starts choking him, warning him that if he finds out that Austin had anything to do with Ava’s disappearance, he will come back for him. Josslyn calls Dex and informs him that she may have found something. Meanwhile, TJ and Austin are in the middle of a conversation when Mason storms in, demanding to speak with his cousin. Austin apologizes to TJ on Mason’s behalf, explaining that his cousin isn’t aware of hospital protocols. After TJ leaves, Mason warns Austin not to act superior to him. Austin then reveals to Mason that Sonny knows about Ava and urges him to convince Cyrus to leave Ava alone, as Dex may come back for him.

Josslyn goes to Wyndemere with some questions about Ava’s whereabouts. Ava’s butler tells her that no one on staff has seen or heard from Ava and that there was a broken Martini glass on the floor. Josslyn says that Ava isn’t staying with Ms. Reeves, as she’s out of town. Dex arrives at Wyndemere and Josslyn updates him that they found a grape lollipop and Ava’s phone. Ava has been missing since the night before. Dex wonders if the lollipop belongs to Avery, but Josslyn notes that Avery hates grape, so it couldn’t be hers. Dex then asks to see surveillance footage. They see someone in a hoodie entering Wyndemere. Dex notices that the mysterious person has his own boat, and that’s what Ava left on. Dex says they need to check the harbor security and traffic cameras but they would have to go to the police, but Josslyn suggests they visit Spinelli instead. They fill Spinelli in on what they know so far and ask him to help them get access to the harbor security cameras. As they check the footage, Dex realizes that he knows the man, and Dex recognizes him as Mason, Austin’s cousin.
Nina walks down the aisle while the officiating minister welcomes everyone and delivers his opening speech. Then, Nina and Sonny pledge that they are ready to spend the rest of their lives together. They exchange their vows, and even though Sonny had written his, it’s in his pocket. However, looking into her eyes, he doesn’t need it, as he can speak from his heart. Sonny mentions how Nina fought for their love, even when everyone was against them. He says that he is more convinced now that they belong together and knows that she loves him, and he loves her even more. Nina promises to surround him with love for their entire life, and they can leave all their mistakes in the past. Finally, they exchange rings, saying, “With this ring, I thee wed,” and the minister pronounces them as husband and wife. He thinks they know what should happen next, and Donna says, “You’re supposed to kiss.” Sonny then kisses his bride, leaving a smile on everyone’s faces.
Willow congratulates Sonny on his marriage. He tells her that her mother is the best thing that ever happened to him and that Willow means everything to her. Willow gives Nina a warm hug as she congratulates her. Nina thanks her for being there, telling her it means a lot to her. Michael also congratulates Nina and welcomes her to the family, giving her a kiss on the cheek. Meanwhile, Wiley dances with his grandmother while Sonny dances with Donna. After the dance, Michael makes a call to his contact, asking if they have the name of the person who reported his mother and Drew to the SEC. Michael learns that a lawyer named Martin Grey, acting on behalf of a client, contacted the SEC. He expresses his shock and asks for the name of the person responsible. Michael turns around and looks at Nina, surprised by a revelation.
