Joss Turns to Michael
Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) is feeling the pressure. Between her field work as a WSB agent and the shocking intel that her dad wants her to step up as CEO of Jasper Jacks Enterprises, she has a huge choice on her hands.
Joss seems pretty content with where her life is right now, but she can’t drag her feet forever. She either needs to accept the job or hand-pick a suitable replacement to take the reins.
Enter Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson)! Turning to her big brother makes complete sense. Michael has spent years navigating corporate landmines and making ruthless, high-stakes decisions. If anyone can help Joss figure out her next career move—or help her find the right person to run JJE—it’s definitely Michael.
What Leaves Brook Lynn Stunned?
While Josslyn is busy picking Michael’s brain, spoilers tell us that Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) is left completely floored. What shocking news comes her way to leave her so shaken?
Could she be reacting to the devastating news about Curtis’ (Donnell Turner) verdict? Hearing that he was sentenced to ten years in Pentonville (with a shot at parole after two years) would definitely hit her hard. Knowing Brook Lynn, her guilt would immediately kick into overdrive—leaving her feeling like everything would be different if she had just come forward sooner!
But apparently that’s not the big news. In fact, she is about to learn that Michael is moving Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) back into the gates. And if history has taught us anything, Brook Lynn is NOT going to be happy about that. Not one bit!
Carly’s New Ally and Brotherly Bonding
Elsewhere in Port Charles, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) isn’t standing still. GH spoilers for August 17 reveal that Carly enlists a brand-new ally to help her execute her latest plans. Who could she possibly bring into her inner circle this time? Hudson (Troy Lennon Appel) perhaps? Sure looks like it, according to the latest sneak peek.
Meanwhile, Serena (Kelly Kruger) pushes back against mounting pressure. To wrap things up, Lucas (Van Hansis) and Joe (Jonathan Bennett) take time to bond. After losing Marco, Lucas definitely needs someone solid in his corner right now!
