From fake couple to real couple? Well, stranger things have definitely happened in Port Charles. And what do you expect when the chemistry is that strong?
Right now, they’re selling a fake romance just to keep themselves from going down for Drew Cain’s shooting (Cameron Mathison). But fans are clearly buying it more than the characters are pretending. Our recent poll even ranked them as a top pick for the next big couple.

Lucas and Marco
Lucas (Van Hansis) and Marco (Adrian Anchondo) have been taking things one step at a time, but they’re growing closer and closer. As that happens, the duo will be solidifying their bond.
