Jason’s (Steve Burton) arraignment is about to start and everyone is on edge already. Some are totally convinced that Jason didn’t shoot Dante (Dominic Zamprogna), while others think the opposite. Joss (Eden McCoy) is sure that Jason is innocent, but Kristina (Kate Mansi) can’t say the same. In fact, Kristina sure thinks Jason is guilty because that’s what her dad says. But then Joss loses her temper and tells Kristina to wake up because her dad is wrong about everything.

Sonny (Maurice Benard) sticks to his guns, he’s got his doubts but he’s adamant that he doesn’t owe Jason anything. Carly (Laura Wright) and Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) are totally caught off guard. Carly grills Michael (Chad Duell) about what he’s keeping from her. Sam (Kelly Monaco) starts feeling a glimmer of hope and asks Portia (Brook Kerr) for a favor. Plus, Nina (Cynthia Watros) is unwavering in her determination.
