EJ and Johnny Bond

EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) and Johnny (Carson Boatman) have definitely had a rough go of it lately. Their father-son dynamic hasn’t exactly been the gold standard, but things are finally looking up.

EJ has been putting in the work to prove he can be a better man, and even Chanel (Raven Bowens) is starting to give him a break. It is great to see these two finally getting some genuine bonding time as they move past the drama.

While the guys are busy patching things up, Chanel is leaning on her sister. Lani (Sal Stowers) is back in town just in time because Chanel has the weight of the world on her shoulders right now. Between the health scares and the baby on the way, she has a lot to process. 

Alex Turns to Sarah

Elsewhere in Salem, Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) needs help, so he turns to Sarah (Linsey Godfrey). He just got some major news. He has a daughter with Joy (AlexAnn Hopkins), who lied about being pregnant and skipped town. Now she’s back, saying she didn’t want to mess things up for him and Stephanie (Abigail Klein). That might sound nice, but her return has definitely thrown a wrench into everything.

So what does Alex need from Sarah? A paternity test, maybe? We’ll have to wait and see.

Jeremy Crosses a Line and Trouble Brews

In other DAYS news, Jeremy (Michael Roark) totally misreads a moment with Stephanie. He was the one who called Joy back to town, and it’s pretty clear he has his own agenda. Maybe he’s trying to push Alex out of the picture so he can have Stephanie for himself.

They’ve been getting closer since Stephanie’s whole ordeal of being kidnapped, and he’s been her shoulder to lean on. But it looks like he’s taken things too far. So far, in fact, that he plants a kiss on her.

Days spoilers for April 29 also tease that Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) pushes Sophia (Rachel Boyd) to take action. And when that happens, you can expect Sophia to follow through.
