General Hospital Spoilers for Tuesday, October 10, 2023: 

Tomorrow on General Hospital, Lois (Rena Sofer) returns. When she returns to Port Charles, Lois pays a visit to the Quartmaine mansion and catches her daughter Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) and ex-mother-in-law Tracy (Jane Elliot) off guard. Initially, Tracy insults Lois but she explains that she left Bensonhurst when she heard the news of Brook Lynn’s firing from Deception Cosmetics. Brook Lynn reveals that her grandmother, Tracy, was behind her termination.

Trina (Tabyana Ali) and Spencer (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) return from their New York weekend. Trina catches up with Curtis (Donnell Turner) and Marshall (Robert Gossett) while Spencer gets an update on what is going on with his father, Nikolas (Adam Huss).

Gregory (Gregory Harrison) pays Chase (Josh Swickard) a visit after learning that he knows the truth about his ALS. Chase in tears and Gregory admits that it wasn’t fair to withhold the truth from him.

Elsewhere, Stella (Vernee Watson-Johnson) acclimates Felicia (Kristina Wagner); Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) makes a confession; and Portia (Brook Kerr) admits to having a change of heart.
