Fresh off his visit to Steinmauer and Valentin (James Patrick Stuart), Brennan (Chris McKenna) suddenly finds himself facing Anna (Finola Hughes), who seeks him out for her own reasons.
As she mentioned to Dante (Dominic Zamprogna), she’s piecing together a Faison mystery that may somehow connect to what’s really going on with Nathan (Ryan Paevery) and Britt’s (Kelly Thiebaud) sudden return.
Anna is a smart woman. Brennan is a smart man. And they’re both resourceful. Anna believes a string of coincidences is leading to a bigger trap, and everything is connected. To that end, she seeks out Brennan, hoping they can work together to not only figure out what’s happening but stop it before it’s too late.
Carly Does Some Digging
Meanwhile, Carly (Laura Wright) starts digging.
She’s just learned from Jason (Steve Burton) that Brennan has been lying to her for months. He recruited Joss (Eden McCoy) as a WSB agent and sent her on a secret mission to Croatia — all while Carly believed her daughter was in Australia.
Carly doesn’t want to blow Joss’s cover or put her in danger, so instead, she quietly begins her own investigation.
Willow Maintains Innocence
GH spoilers for October 17 also reveal that Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) maintains her innocence. She’s still at the PCPD, conferring with her lawyer, Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight). Willow insists they need to shift the focus to the person who really tried to kill the congressman. But who is that?
Meanwhile, Nathan questions Dante. The two talk at Bobbie’s about the Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) shooting case. Dante wonders if Nina (Cynthia Watros) would really take the fall for Willow.
