In today’s General Hospital episode, the January 23 spoilers video teases that Carly has news, Britt questions Jason, and there’s plenty more drama coming. Soap Opera News has the scoop!
Carly Sounds the Alarm at Bobbie’s
First up at Bobbie’s, Carly has news, and she is not holding back. She doesn’t trust Britt one bit, and overhearing a revealing conversation between Brennan and Britt only makes things worse.
Carly fills someone in and doesn’t mince words, saying, “Britt wanted a fight right here.” Whatever Britt is planning, Carly clearly thinks trouble is already brewing.
Britt Presses Jason for the Truth
Meanwhile, Britt has questions of her own, and they’re pointed directly at Jason. She has always felt like he chooses Carly over her, and even though the two are building something that feels real, doubt (or pretence) creeps in.
Britt puts Jason on the spot, asking, “Who comes first, me or Carly?” Is this insecurity talking, or is Britt just playing an angle?
Joss Heads to Spoon Island
Elsewhere, Joss heads over to Spoon Island, but her motives aren’t exactly clear. Brennan just dropped the bombshell that she’s been fired, and it doesn’t appear to be sitting well with her.
Ava catches Joss in the middle of whatever she’s up to and delivers a perfectly timed line, “Seems like I interrupted something.” However, Ava’s curiosity may be the least of Joss’s problems right now.
Brook Lynn and Chase Talk the Future
Brook Lynn and Chase find themselves facing a serious conversation about what comes next.
Chase lays it all out, telling her, “It’s time we focus our attention on adopting.” It’s a big step, and not one to take lightly. How will Brook Lynn feel about shifting their focus and redefining their future together?
Emma Worries About Her Grandmother
In other GH news, Emma is growing increasingly concerned about her grandmother. Unsure who else to turn to, she seeks out Nathan and admits, “I’m starting to think that my grandmother is in trouble.”
The question is whether Nathan can offer the help and reassurance Emma is looking for, or if her fears are justified.
Anna Cornered in the Preview Video
Closing out the GH preview, Anna finds herself backed into a corner, rattled and shaken. In a chilling moment, she insists, “This isn’t happening. You’re not here.”
