Monday’s episode of General Hospital is packed with questions, surprises, and a few developments that could have major consequences for Port Charles. The spoilers video reveals so much. Here’s a breakdown.
Portia and Curtis Scramble
The promo kicks off inside the halls of GH, where Portia is in full damage-control mode. She has an important conversation with Isaiah.
“If you could just hold off for now,” Portia urges him.
We can bet this has everything to do with the explosive brawl between Isaiah and Curtis Ashford at the Metro Court.
Speaking of Curtis, he is already preparing for the legal fallout. Knowing he has a highly sensitive, dangerous matter at hand, Curtis decides he needs the absolute best legal mind in town. He tracks down a top-tier attorney, looking them dead in the eye to say:
“I would like for you to defend me.”
Shifting Priorities and Secret Choice
Meanwhile, the search is called off: Sidwell delivers some shocking, unexpected news to Cassius. With an icy demeanor, Sidwell announces, “Locating Britt is no longer a priority.” What has changed to make them abandon the hunt for Britt Westbourne?
Outside of Bobbie’s, a highly skeptical Trina Robinson corners Kai. “Why are you so intent on me delegating?” she asks.
Over at the hospital, Kristina Corinthos-Davis pays a visit to Lucas Jones. She drops a massive piece of personal news right in his lap. And then she adds, “A lot of people are going to be surprised by this.“
Ending the Nightmare: Laura, Sonny, and an Obrecht Crisis
The closing sequence of the promotional video shows that Laura sits down for a chat with Sonny. Reflecting on the heavy toll the latest crisis has taken on their families, Laura delivers a powerful, haunting proposition:
“We have endured this nightmare together. Let’s end it together.”
In a shocking, chaotic scene, an entirely unconscious Liesl Obrecht is dumped and thrown right into Josslyn Jacks’s location!
“What did you do to her?” Joss asks the captor.
