It’s a very special day in the life of Wes Ramsey. The actor who is best known for his role as Sam on Guiding Light and now Peter on General Hospital is celebrating his birthday today. He was born Wesley Albert Ramsey on October 6, 1977 in Louisville, Kentucky to parents; Bill and Linda Ramsey. Today he turns 41.
