Such a sweet and talented young man is Jordan Preston Carter whom ‘The Haves and the Have Nots’ fans know as Quincy Jr. The talented young actor may have recently finished his run on the Tyler Perry hit series as his character was killed off, but he celebrated a birthday milestone. Carter turned 11 yesterday. While we are very sad that he no longer airs on ‘HAHN’ we’re sure his talent doesn’t stop there.
