The Young and the Restless stars Michael Mealor (Kyle Abbott) and Hunter King (Summer Newman) were guests on the latest Soap Opera Digest podcast. The actors who recently exited the CBS daytime drama discussed their exit, their future and more.
They both confirmed that we will be seeing both their alter egos soon for some visits. However, fans support plays a vital role in the negotiations. Both actors are open to returning to the show. But, in the meantime in regards to projects outside the show, Hunter noted, “That’s all we ever talked about. We come as a unit. Wherever we go we are a packaged deal…..If anyone is listening. If you hire Michael you get me too.“
