Jeremiah Brown may not have found his perfect match on Love Island USA Season 7, but life after the villa has been anything but slow. The reality TV alum is stepping into a whole new role—literally—as he makes his television acting debut on NBC’s St. Denis Medical this season.
According to reports, Brown will guest star as Jeff, a charming Ultimate Frisbee jock hanging out at the hospital while waiting for his roommate to be discharged. While we don’t yet have an official air date for his episode, fans won’t have to wait long—the show’s second season premieres Monday, November 3 at 8/7c on NBC.
And Jeremiah isn’t the only Love Island fave heading to St. Denis Medical this season. Host and fellow fan favorite Ariana Madix is also set to appear as guest star Dr. Emerson.
What is St. Denis Medical?
Created by Superstore and American Auto creator Justin Spitzer, along with Eric Ledgin, St. Denis Medical is a mockumentary-style comedy set in a struggling, underfunded hospital in rural Oregon.
The show follows a team of overworked and often underappreciated doctors and nurses as they navigate the chaos of patient care, budget cuts, and their own messy personal lives—all while trying to keep their hospital running.
The main cast includes comedy veterans and fan favorites like Wendi McLendon-Covey, Allison Tolman, Josh Lawson, Mekki Leeper, Kahyun Kim, Kaliko Kauahi, and David Alan Grier.
The show first premiered on November 12, 2024, and quickly developed a loyal fanbase. NBC renewed the series for a second season in January 2025.
With new guest stars, fresh storylines, and plenty of laughs ahead, Season 2 of St. Denis Medical promises to deliver even more of the quirky hospital chaos fans have come to love.
