Big congrats are for Katrina Bowden (ex-Flo Fulton, The Bold and the Beautiful) and her musician hubby, Adam Taylor! The couple is expecting their first baby, due in October 2025 — and guess what? We now know if it’s a boy or a girl!
In a super cute Instagram video, Katrina and Adam revealed the news in the most fun way. The video starts out in black and white as they use champagne glasses to dig into a cake. And then — surprise! — the inside of the cake is pink! Yup, they’re having a girl!
Katrina shared her excitement in the caption: “We are having a … GIRL!! We were genuinely so surprised because almost everyone in our lives thought it was a boy. So we just kinda jumped on that bandwagon and also thought it was a boy. There was actually never a moment I even contemplated the idea of having a girl haha! But now after knowing we are having a girl…I can’t imagine anything else and am so excited to meet her.”
Seriously, how adorable is that?
A little while ago, Katrina had already teased the big news on Instagram with a sweet clip, writing: “We’ve been hiding a little something 🙃🤍 baby due this October.”
This is the first child for both Katrina and Adam. In case you missed it, Katrina was previously married to musician Ben Jorgensen from Armor for Sleep. They tied the knot back in May 2013 and separated in December 2020.
Katrina and Adam’s love story began after. They got engaged during a dreamy getaway to Positano, Italy, in September 2023, and sealed the deal on November 8, 2024, with a stunning wedding in Hawaii.
