Certainly, Ashlyn Pearce is missed on daytime! Playing the role of Aly Forrester on ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ from 2013 – 2015, Pearce gave her best set of performances and quickly became a famous character on the CBS Daytime drama. But, it was very sad when we watched Aly take her last breath on the show. Luckily, the death of her CBS daytime character didn’t mean the end of her acting career. Since leaving ‘B&B’, Pearce has played roles on a couple primetime series including; “Salem” and “Hand of God”.
In 2016, Pearce played Alice on “Salem” in a number of episodes. For those who are not familiar with the series, it explores what really fuelled the town’s infamous witch trials and uncovers the dark, supernatural truth hiding behind the same infamous period in American history. Pearce also played Autumn in the 2016 movie “5150” which focuses on a vengeful, mentally ill stepsister who blackmails 3 successful women who committed a horrific act to protect a secret of how they gained their fame and fortunes.
In March of this year [2017], Pearce played the role of Denise on “Hand of God”. The series focuses on Pernell who is on trial for murder and sends KD on an important mission to uncover the identity of a mystery witness against him. The show also depicts Crystal reconnecting with her family in Stockton, Joycelyn venturing out, Paul and Alicia making a decision about the baby and Tessie contemplating retirement. Pearce was also cast in the movie “You Above All” for which details are limited.
And, don’t worry fans she has been auditioning this week for some great stuff which we’re hoping she will be booked for – this simply means more Ashlyn Pearce on our screens, something we could never get tired of.
