There’s gonna be all sorts of crazy stuff happening in Salem, just as hinted in the newest Days of our Lives promo for next week. Buckle up, it’s about to get wild!
It’s Valentine’s Day week and while Harris is catching some bullets, love is in the air, and can you believe it – someone torches the legendary Horton house! What a mess, right?
So, what’s happening next week? Chad (Billy Flynn) and Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) head to bed after entertaining Charlotte (Autumn Gendron) and Thomas (Cary Christopher) with some stories. Suddenly, a masked man sneaks in and sets the place on fire. Chad and Julie discover the fire and quickly jump into action.
Chad rushes to get the kids out and grab the fire extinguisher. Once Doug (Bill Hayes), Julie, and the kids are safe across the street, they realize Chad is missing. Julie bravely goes back to find him trying to put out the fire. She tries to pull him out, but it seems they’re stuck with flames all around. Later they all get out safely but Chad gets a mysterious phone call with a creepy message that makes him realize the fire was no accident.

Next thing you know, Harris (Steve Burton) takes a hit! He’s down, and Tripp’s (Lucas Adams) on the run to save his life, but can he do it in time? Harris is quickly rushed the hospital, and Ava’s (Tamara Braun) praying for him to pull through. The burning question is, will he?
Additionally, it’s all lovey-dovey as John (Drake Hogestyn) and Marlena (Deidre Hall) have a sweet picnic with delicious food, dancing, and some special kisses. Meanwhile, Chanel (Raven Bowens) and Johnny (Carson Boatman) say “I do” all over again. Holly (Ashley Puzemis) and Nicole (Arianne Zucker) make a return to Salem, and Nicole gives props to EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) for pulling it off. Rafe (Galen Gering)surprises Jada (Elia Cantu), Steve (Stephen Nichols) and Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) celebrate another year together, Tripp and Wendy (Victoria Grace) lock lips, Kate’s (Lauren Koslow) got a gun, Theresa (Emily O’Brien) pleads with Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) to pop the question, telling him that her answer is a big fat yes, and Xander (Paul Telfer) and Sarah (Linsey Gofrey) get hot and heavy.
