Leann Hunley Celebrates Her Birthday – Learn More About Her Here

Days of Our Lives actress, Leann Hunley (Anna DiMera) is celebrating her 68th birthday today!

Hunley was born on February 25, 1955, in Forks, Washington and she studied at the University of Washington. Hunley is the youngest of four children; their mother was a beautician and their father was a commercial fisherman. She was married to real estate investor, Bill Sheridan from 1980-2001. Hunley was a model and beauty pageant contestant (Miss Hawaii 1977). 

Hunley’s daytime career started on Days Of Our Lives where she debuted as Anna Dimera in 1982.  She won a Daytime Emmy for Best Supporting Actress for the role in 1986. Hunley left the soap that same year. She returned to Days Of Our Lives in 2007 and remained on recurring status through 2017. Hunley returned for a storyline in 2019 and has been making appearances on the Soap since 2021. She also appeared in NBC’s streaming service, Peacock’s Days Of Our Lives: Beyond Salem. 

Some of Hunley’s other television credits include; Dynasty, Hawaii Five-O, The Misadventures of Sheriff Lobo, Models Inc., Dawson’s Creek, Gilmore Girls, Fantasy Island, Knight Rider, Who’s The Boss?, The Nanny, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, 7th Heaven, and NCIS.
