Mark Grossman’s Birthday: The Young and the Restless star, Mark Grossman (aka Adam Newman), is turning 37 today!
Mark Glenn Grossman was born on February 3, 1987, in Columbia, Maryland. He’s got some German, Swiss-German, and Polish roots. Mark grew up in Arizona and found his passion for acting when he starred in a school performance of ‘Beauty & the Beast.’

His IMDB page says playing ‘The Beast’ was super exciting and got him into the world of arts. After finishing high school, he went for a career in acting. He started with some local indie gigs and then made the big move to Los Angeles. Soon enough, Mark got an agent, kept honing his skills, and hit the auditions. Before long, he snagged over a dozen leading and supporting roles in TV movies and indie films.
While he’s known for his serious roles, Mark also flexed his funny bone in the coming-of-age film, ‘Get Big.’ He also made appearances on Freeform’s ‘Famous in Love.’ When he’s not working, he enjoys hiking and racing motocross.
