Martin Cummins is celebrating his 53rd birthday today. He was born on November 28, 1969, in North Delta, Delta, Canada. He is an actor, director,
producer, and writer. He has acting credits in both television and film with
his earlier work originating in the late 80s and early 90s with appearances in
the films Friday the 13th Part VIII: Jason Takes Manhattan and Omen
IV: The Awakening and the television show 21 Jump Street.
With acting credits approaching one
hundred, Cummins’s countless notable performances include his roles in
the television series Poltergeist: The Legacy, Dark Angel, V and
Away.
In addition, his behind-the-camera work
as a director, producer, and writer also encompasses film (feature, short) and
television (film, series.)
Over the last several years, fans have
enjoyed his portrayals as Henry Gowen on Hallmark’s mega-hit drama series
When Calls the Heart and as Tom Keller on The CW’s popular drama series Riverdale.
Cummins is also in the upcoming comedy
romance film Boot Camp which is currently in post-production.
