In a video clip posted on Bustle’s Instagram, the charming Nicholas Alexander Chavez revealed some of his go-tos, and it’s a must-see! When asked about his favorite soap opera, he shot back without a second thought, “General Hospital, of course!” he exclaimed, followed by a confession that his grandparents tune in every night.

It’s no surprise that GH is his top pick—it’s where he snagged his big break as Spencer Cassadine, gracing us with his presence in over 350 episodes and snagging a Daytime Emmy award.

Now, switch gears to his favorite true crime tale: the Menendez brothers! He couldn’t resist the juicy drama, especially since he played Lyle alongside Cooper Koch as Erik! He also mentions his favorite go-to movie and place for his first date. Oh, and if you’re ever lucky enough to crash his dinner party, don’t be shocked if steak is on the menu! “I just buy steak, and then I grill,” he jokes, serving it up medium-rare, but he admits that he’ll totally flex his chef skills to cater to your whims.

With his rise to fame starring in back-to-back Ryan Murphy shows like “Monsters: The Erik & Lyle Menendez Story” and “Grotesquerie,” where he plays Father Charlie, it’s no surprise Chavez has been dubbed the internet boyfriend. Don’t miss the fun video from Bustle below! (Photo: ABC)
