Actor, Owen Saxon booked a role on Days of Our Lives. He made his appearance on the NBC daytime on March 30, 2020, in scenes with Leann Hunley’s Anna DiMera and Kate Mansi’s Abigail DiMera.
Saxon’s soap past includes the role of Shawn Phillips on General Hospital. His most recent role is as Luke Undervoy on NCIS.
Saxon began his career in the entertainment industry with the aspirations of becoming a literary agent after being raised by an actress-turned agent and graduating from business school. He fell in love with the performing arts at a young age, however shelved the idea of pursuing an acting career due to the “feasibility” and “longevity” issues that most associate with the industry. After spending a few years as an executive assistant and rep in the film/advertising industries respectively, Saxon was inspired to fully commit himself as a performer after reading an interview with Robert DeNiro and how acting is a medium of “self expression” for him. Since that moment, Saxon has been studying at Beverly Hills Playhouse and soaking experience on the sets of commercials, short films, web-series, and putting in hundreds of hours on the stage. Saxon has been described as a passionate, motivated, and determined performer who possesses a strong work ethic, experience in public speaking, and the ability to get along with and inspire those he works with.
