In this past week of General Hospital, Gladys Corbin (Bonnie
Burroughs) confronted Sasha Gilmore-Corbin (Sofia Mattson) about her drug
addiction. Sasha relapsed by taking
pills again after losing her son and feeling pressure by being in the spotlight
for Deception and feeling like she has to match people’s expectations of
her. When she was chased by the
paparazzi, the photographer caught her about to take pills right before Sasha
hit Harmony with her car which resulted in Harmony’s death. The photographer made a deal with Sasha:
return the memory card, he’ll delete the photo, and he’ll give her more
drugs. Sasha agreed. Gladys returned the memory card to the photographer
and found out Sasha’s secret and confronted her. She gave Sasha every chance to come clean
herself and ultimately revealed the bottle of pills. Mattsson’s performance was spectacular as she
nailed a person struggling with addiction go through the emotions of denial,
fear, manipulation, and being in fight or flight mode. Mattsson’s eyes widened with shock and fear
when Sasha realized that Gladys realized she relapsed. Mattsson was also convincing as Sasha
attempted to reassure Gladys that everything was under control and she no
longer has a problem as she didn’t take the drugs the night of the
accident. When Gladys said she thought
Brando should know, especially since he’s a recovering addict himself, Mattsson
perfectly showcased Sasha’s desperation to keep her secret as she pleaded with
Gladys to not have Brando worry especially since she claimed she’s fine
now. Burroughs also did a fantastic job
of Gladys looking concerned for Sasha and not buying into her “everything is
fine” statement. Fans can’t wait to see
what happens next for the Gilmore-Corbin family. Bravo Mattsson!
General Hospital
Portia runs into Spencer outside of Kelly’s and lays into
him as she blames him and Esme for ruining Trina’s life. Meanwhile, Trina fills in Ava that she might
be kicked out of college due to the accusation and charges. They overhear Portia yelling at Spencer and
intervene. Ava warns Spencer to stay
away from Trina. Sam runs into Spencer
at Kelly’s and he confides in her about his suspicions about Esme and his
plans. After Ava has another run in with
Esme at Wyndemere and realizes that Esme has Nikolas under her thumb, she
returns to Kelly’s and makes Spencer an offer: she’ll give him a wealthy weekly
allowance if he and Esme move out.
Stella reveals to Curtis that both she and Curtis’ mother
knew the truth about Marshall which upsets Curtis. He questions why Stella never told him the
truth all these years later. She still
believes it’s Marshall’s story to tell.
Chase makes a deal with Leo that if Leo recites his poem, he
will sing any song that Leo requests.
Leo is able to recite the poem and reminds Chase to follow through with
his promise. He requests Chase to sing
one of BLQ’s original songs. Ned plays
guitar as Chase performs and BLQ is touched.
Just when Chase and BLQ are getting closer, Linc appears. Linc is BLQ’s former music producer and he reminds
her that any and all songs she created while they were working together are
his. He suggests that she work for him
again. She refuses and punches him in
the face.
Michael and Drew offer Ned a COO position at their new
company and he’s not thrilled. Valentin
suggests that he and Ned should put their heads together to fight Michael and
Drew. Ned isn’t thrilled, but doesn’t
totally reject the suggestion. Valentin
is relieved to hear that the WSB believe Jennifer Smith is behind the theft of
the Ice Princess and Luke’s death. When
he asks Anna out, she doesn’t bite.
Felicia reminds Valentin to not mess things up with Anna and let a good
thing go.
At the school fair, Michael and Sonny run into each other
and they exchange words. It doesn’t go
well. Dante warns Sonny that Michael vowed
to take Sonny down.
Gladys confronts the photographer who took pictures of Sasha
and she finds out that he offered to delete the photos if he gets his memory
card back and that he was going to give drugs to Sasha. Gladys confronts Sasha and she denies that
anything is wrong. Gladys suggests that
Brando should know, but Sasha is adamant to leave him out of it.
TJ and Molly make it to Brooklyn and meet up with the man
who did the repairs on Marshall’s clarinet.
The guy at first denies knowing Marshall, but warms up to them. He leaves and Marshall later arrives and reunites
with TJ and Molly. At first, he’s not
pleased that they tracked him down.
However, TJ reminds him that he’s part of the family and they don’t want
to lose him again. TJ and Marshall go to
meet Molly at a jazz club, but are mugged in an alley on the way. When the robbers want to take Marshall’s
clarinet, TJ refuses to give it up and a fight ensues. Curtis comes to the rescue. However, Marshall is hurt and is rushed to
the hospital. Molly was able to salvage
the clarinet.
Sonny runs into Nina at the Savoy the night before the
hearing. He tells Nina what happened
with Michael and mentioned since Michael wrote him off, it leaves Sonny free to
defend Nina in court. He also lets Nina
know that Michael vowed to take him down and Sonny is willing to fight
him. Nina lets him know she supports his
decision. Bobbie and Carly run into them. Sonny is concerned when he overhears that
Carly is waiting on test results. Bobbie
confronts Nina and Nina dishes back, resulting in Bobbie throwing a drink in
Nina’s face.
Stella, Portia, and Epiphany go out to the Savoy for ladies’
night. Epiphany mentions that it is Marshall
who convinced her to follow her dreams in becoming a doctor. Portia fills them in about Trina’s case.
Elizabeth is upset that Finn, Kevin, and Laura don’t believe
her in her suspicions that Franco’s ghost is trying to connect with her. They don’t support her contacting
Chelsea. As a result, Liz pushes Finn
away. When Finn has a conversation with Gregory and Violet, he realizes that
everything happening could be a result
of Elizabeth sleep walking. Liz sneaks
out of Laura’s and goes back home where she cuts up a picture that Violet made
of her and Finn’s family. Specifically,
cutting Finn out. Cameron comes home and
Liz doesn’t realize he’s there. Finn
shows up and wakes her up and fills them in on his theory.
The Bold & The Beautiful
Sheila attempts to leave Steffy’s after confessing to the
shooting and getting Brooke to relapse, but the cops have the place
surrounded. Steffy had a wire on the
whole time and Deputy Chief Baker has Sheila arrested. Steffy, Ridge, and Taylor are relieved that
Sheila will be locked up. Ridge goes to
see Brooke to fill her in that Sheila was responsible for Brooke’s
relapse. Brooke wonders if Ridge will
come back home to her now that they know the truth. Ridge is still upset about what happened with
Deacon, but he and Brooke do share a kiss.
Taylor and Steffy fear that Ridge will go back to Brooke. Ridge tells Brooke he will move back in with
Eric as he needs time. He goes back to
Steffy and Taylor to say the same.
Steffy doesn’t think Ridge should leave her place, but Taylor supports
Ridge’s decision.
Bill and Wyatt visit Liam and wind up discussing Brooke and
Ridge. Bill makes it known that he
thinks Brooke can do better than Ridge.
Hope and Bill do agree when it comes to Ridge’s treatment of Brooke.
Brooke fills in Liam and Hope on what has happened with Sheila and lets them know
she’s going to confront Sheila in jail. She does and Sheila makes it known that
she regrets the shooting, but doesn’t regret what she did to Brooke. Hope fills in Deacon.
Eric fills in Quinn on what happened with Sheila and that
Ridge will be moving back in temporarily.
Ridge and Taylor confront Thomas for not telling them sooner
about Sheila being responsible for Brooke’s relapse. Thomas feels guilty and responsible for the
chain of events that took place after resulting in the shooting.
The Young & The Restless
Mariah spends the morning of the wedding with Sharon and
Faith. They give her something old, new,
borrowed, and blue. Tessa spends the
morning of the wedding with Crystal.
Chloe hand delivers Tessa’s dress.
Mariah and Tessa text each other before the ceremony. Phyllis agrees to be Jack’s date for the
wedding.
Mariah convinces Kyle to stick around for the wedding and be
the officiant as it would mean a lot to her considering he convinced her and
Tessa to go on their first date. He
agrees to do so. The wedding takes place
on top of the tower where Noah arranged everything.
Summer arrives at the Abbott home and meets Allie. She convinces her to attend the wedding.
Phyllis spots Diane crashing the wedding. Kyle confronts Diane who claims she’s only there
to see Kyle officiate the wedding. She meets
Summer and makes it known she wants to get to know her. Phyllis is not thrilled to see Diane talking
to Summer. Summer agrees to talking to
Diane and later tells Phyllis she doesn’t believe that Diane has good
intentions. Phyllis evicts Diane from
the hotel.
Kevin gives a touching toast to the brides. Allie and Noah flirt at the wedding as they
get to know each other.
Nick and Sharon surprise Mariah and Tessa with a generous wedding
gift: a honeymoon in Paris.
Tessa and Mariah toss a bouquet that is first caught by
Chloe, then Abby, and ultimately Jack.
The brides return to a beautifully decorated home courtesy of
Faith. Nick escorts Sharon home.
Jack escorts Phyllis back to her hotel room and they make
love.
Mariah is shocked to hear that Tessa wants more than one
child.
Michael reminds Diane to be patient. Summer suggests to Kyle that maybe they can
stay in Genoa City if Jack is able to run a Marchetti office in town. They fill in Jack on the idea and he fills
them in on the latest with Ashland.
Afterward, Ashland wants to spend time with Harrison alone, but Summer
and Kyle deny the request.
Chloe helps Esther with her online dating profile.
Phyllis and Ashley team up so they can protect Jack and Kyle
from Diane. Phyllis confides in Amanda.
Allie learns that she has passed her college finals and now
she questions her future and what’s next.
Victoria remembers happier times with Ashland and agrees to go on a
mother/daughter vacation with Nikki to distract herself.
Days Of Our Lives
With the help of Bo’s spirit, Ciara and Ben are able to save
their child from the Devil. Allie makes
a run to St. Luke’s church with the intention of burning it down. However, Marlena, John, Johnny, Eric, and
Tripp arrive to exorcise Allie. When it
doesn’t work, Tripp offers to take Allie’s place and then he flings himself out
a window. Tripp is rushed to the hospital
and Kayla fails to revive him. Steve,
Kayla, and Ava are told he died.
However, Bo helps revive him and Tripp comes to. Ciara is happy to see her father, though briefly,
and is grateful to him for saving her son and she’s happy he got to meet Ben.
Jan triggers her alarm in an attempt to get Shawn to come
home, but John arrives in his place.
Lucas returns to town and tells Kate and Roman that Sami is
recovering from an injury she got when skiing.
Kate has her doubts.
Eric tells Nicole that he plans on going back to Africa and
reassures she’s not to blame for him leaving town again.
Steve and Rafe don’t believe Paulina’s story about what
happened to TR. They ponder if she’s
covering for Lani. Abe and Eli come to
the same conclusion and Eli confronts Lani.
Lani begs Paulina to tell the truth, but Paulina wants to protect Lani. Lani admits the truth to Eli who, after
hearing the whole story, thinks Lani should go along with Paulina’s cover.
Sarah demands to see Mickey, but Xander doesn’t have the
heart to remind her what happened to her daughter. He tells her that Nicole told Eric the truth
about Mickey’s paternity and claims that her daughter is with Eric. Xander tries to convince Eric to lie to
Sarah, but Eric doesn’t agree to the plan.
Sarah arrives at Nicole’s place, thinking Nicole and Eric
are still together and therefore also assumes that her daughter is with
them. She’s confused to see Rafe in a
towel there. Eric tells Sarah the truth.
Allie visits Tripp in the hospital and can’t deny she has
feelings for Chanel. Meanwhile, Johnny
tells Chanel he plans on winning her back.
Chad and EJ call in for a vote to get Gabi booted out of the
family company. Kristen appears in video
call to vote.
