Let’s get the ball rolling, shall we? Is it time that Rebecca Budig reprised her role as Hayden Barnes on General Hospital?
As ardent ‘GH’ viewers know, Budig joined the cast of the ABC daytime drama in 2015 making her debut on March 20. Budig stayed with the show for a short time ending her first run on May 19, 2015. Budig was later brought back for a second run which spanned from August 3, 2015 to September 5, 2017. At this point, she was let go from the series with the writers claim that her exit was storyline dictated. Her character exited the canvas as a pregnant woman, so obviously, there’s more story to tell as well as her sisterly connection with Liz Webber (Rebecca Herbst) who could do well with some blood family in Port Charles.
