Emma Scorpio-Drake is back in action, this time being played by Braedyn Bruner, who made her grand entrance into the soap world and General Hospital during the annual Christmas Eve episode—with some good old soapy drama!

Viewers first met Bruner’s version of Emma during a run-in with Gio (Giovanni Mazza) at Rice Plaza (at the time viewers may not have known who the girl was), where she casually slipped him a wallet, which spoiler alert: was stolen!. Apparently, she decided that taking a wallet from a man who was bustling an old lady selling handmade ornaments was a brilliant idea.
Then she pops up later at Maxie’s (Kirsten Storms) place, where Anna (Finola Hughes) reveals her surprise: Emma in the flesh. This college-age version of Emma exhibits a personality that’s a cocktail of sass and a hint of high-class troublemaking with a few secrets!
Braedyn Bruner as Emma:

As the week progressed, Emma and Josslyn (Eden McCoy) crossed paths at Bobbie’s, where Emma delivered some zingers about how they used to compete for Cameron’s (William Lipton) attention. She even proudly states that she introduced Cam to his new girlfriend, Gretchen (Indi Star), who she believes is just “oh so perfect.”
We’re absolutely living for this new Emma—she’s like a breath of fresh, slightly bratty air! And what makes it better is Bruner is nailing this snottier persona perfectly, and we’re loving it! Our soap grade for her? An A! What do you think—what grade would you give her?
