Krista Allen has done it again!
Allen has graced the daytime screens with her talent and beauty again. First appearing on soaps in 1995 with a brief role on The Bold and the Beautiful as Shelley, Allen returned to soaps in 1996 where she played the role of a recast, Billie Reed, on Days of Our Lives, taking over from Lisa Rinna. Allen was on the show for approximately three years and boy did she do an awesome job.
Now, 22 years later, she is back in soaps and yet again playing another recast role. Allen debuted in the role of Taylor Hayes on B&B on December 10, 2021. She takes over the role from Hunter Tylo who originated the role since the show’s inception. In one episode, she proved just why she was the perfect actress to take on this very pertinent role. She even bore a resemblance to Jacqueline MacInnes Wood who plays her on-screen daughter, Steffy Forrester Finnegan. And, last but certainly not least, in the short minute of a reunion with Thorsten Kaye’s Ridge Forrester the palpable chemistry between the two was undeniable.
We gave Allen a solid A+ for her debut as we anticipate what she brings to the role!
