It’s fun seeing a little Springfield in Genoa City!
Robert Newman just took over the role of Ashland Locke on The Young and the Restless debuting on February 9, 2022. The role was previously played by Richard Burgi.
13 years later after the cancellation of Guiding Light, where Newman played Josh Lewis, he didn’t miss a beat. It was like he never left the genre. We can’t help but say that he was the perfect recast for the role of Ashland. We are already intrigued and can’t wait to see what’s ahead. Hence, we gave him an A+ for his debut!
