- Dan Gauthier has joined the show in the recast role of Peter Blake. He makes his debut on December 19. Gauthier is known for his run on One Life to Live as Kevin Buchanan.
- Wes Ramsey, who played Owen Knight back in 2009, is returning to the show. It’s safe to assume he’ll be reprising the role. Ramsey is also known for playing Peter August on GH.
- Peter Porte is coming back as Dimitri Von Leuschner. He was last seen in 2023 when his character was shipped off to prison.

- Wally Kurth returns as Ned, just in time for the Thanksgiving chaos.
- Cosette Abinante is back as Scout Cain as her dad, Drew, prepares to marry Willow.
- Viron Weaver returns as Wiley Corinthos.
- Nazneen Contractor makes more appearances as ADA Justine Turner.
- Robert Gossett reprises his role as Marshall Ashford and joins the Thanksgiving festivities at the Ashford household.
- Vernee Watson gets more airtime as Stella Henry.
- Asher Antonyzyn gets more airtime as Danny Morgan.
- Bluesy Burke is on as Charlotte Cassadine.
