- Kirsten Storms announced this week that she will be taking an extended leave from General Hospital. However, there will be no recast while she is out.
- Vernee Watson gets more airtime as Stella.
- Kathleen Gati is making a return as Dr. Liesl Obrech. Her last appearance on the show was back in December 2023.

- Cassandra Creech will also be on next week as Dr. Grace Buckingham.

- Conner Floyd is back onscreen next week as Chance Chancellor, as there is a murder over in France.
