- Meanwhile, Greg Vaughan is back as Dr. Kial Rollins; he and Carlton will compete in Tuesday’s episode.
- Jordi Vilasuso is also back this week as Grayson.
- Kenjah McNeil makes more appearances as Dr. Madison Montgomery.
- Ben Gavin is also on this week as Derek Baldwin. He may just have to play referee when Vanessa and Leslie don’t see eye to eye.

- Jahmone Duhaney appeared on the show as Welsey “Sledge” Hammer.
- Iona Morris Jackson is playing the role of Dr. Monica McCormick. She made her first appearance on February 27.

- Wes Ramsey is back as Owen Kent. Owen is revealed as Stephanie’s stalker.

- Kathleen Gati is back for more scenes as Dr. Liesl Obrecht.
- Paige Herschell locks in more appearances as Jacinda Bracken.
- Wally Kurth pulls double duty this week. While he appears on DAYS as Justin, he will also be on GH as Ned.
- Nazneen Contractor makes more appearances as ADA Justine Turner.
- Patrick Scott Lewis is pinch-hitting for Daniel Cosgrove as Ezra Boyle. He will first air on March 2.
