The Bold and the Beautiful is keeping the drama going for at least three more years! The CBS daytime drama has officially been renewed on the network through its 41st year in 2027-28.

The Bold and the Beautiful premiered in March 1987, and since its debut, the show has been centered around the lives of the Forresters, Spencers, Logans, and more, with the iconic fashion house Forrester Creations and the business powerhouse Spencer Publications taking center stage.

Celebrating its remarkable 38th anniversary last month, the series continues to thrive with original cast members John McCook (Eric) and Katherine Kelly Lang (Brooke) at the forefront. In a groundbreaking move for the show and the genre, actress Heather Tom (Katie Logan Spencer), marking her 35th anniversary in daytime, took on the roles of actress, writer, and director for an all-female episode — a first in daytime drama history. The episode aired on March 27. It featured an outstanding cast, including Tom, Rebecca Budig (Taylor), Annika Noelle (Hope), Katherine Kelly Lang, Jennifer Gareis (Donna), and Jacqueline MacInnes Wood (Steffy).

The Bold and the Beautiful has dominated the Daytime Emmy Awards, winning Outstanding Drama Series three times consecutively from 2009 to 2011 and earning nominations for this prestigious accolade every year for the past 12 years. The show is a Bell-Phillip Television production, brilliantly helmed by executive producer and head writer Bradley Bell. (Photo: CBS)
