After 6 months with 6 rounds of chemotherapy and 1 surgery, The Haves and the Have Nots’ Renee Lawless (Kathryn Cryer) reveals she is cancer-free. Lawless revealed her Breast Cancer diagnosis early this year and has been sharing updates of her journey with her followers on Instagram. Now she noted, “This is March. DAY 1…The day my @BreastCancer journey began. 6 Months, 6 rounds of Chemo and 1 surgery down later … I AM Cancer Free !! but still have a few more hoops to jump thru before this train ride ends. In honor of #breastcancerawarenessmonth I will be posting photos in ” Flashback” of my journey ( since I didn’t bring you along the first time). I do this to emphasize the need for regular screenings, GET A MAMMOGRAM, the horror of the ordeal and the power of Prayer! GOD IS ALWAYS IN CONTROL!“
