Sharon Farrell dies at the age of 82. Death News 2023 Obituary

It is with great sadness that we report the passing of Sharon Farrell, who died on May 15, 2023, at the age of 82. Sharon, born Sharon Forsmoe on December 24, 1940, in Sioux City, Iowa, was an American actress known for her work in television and film. Her career began as a ballerina, and she later transitioned to acting, making her film debut in 1959 in Kiss Her Goodbye. She went on to have roles in 40 Pounds of Trouble and many more. 





In 1991, Sharon joined the cast of the popular soap opera The Young and the Restless as Florence Webster, the mother of Nina Webster. She remained with the show until 1996. 



Sharon had a passion for ballet and was involved in her local theater department during high school. She later toured with the American Ballet Theatre Company as a dancer, which brought her to New York City.
