The Young and the Restless viewers were introduced to a new character named Rebekah Barlow this week. Taylor made her debut on the soap on December 4. Taylor, though new to daytime soaps already possess an impressive resume. She is known for her role as Chelsea on Two and a Half Men and Anne Seery on Shameless. Taylor is also known for shows such as; NCIS, Burn Notice, Unhitched, Ghost Whisperer, Las Vegas, Charmed and more. Watch ‘Y&R’ weekdays on CBS!
