Dana “Leslie” Thomas may be a troublemaker. In fact, she’s arguably one of the most disliked women in the DMV right now. But when it comes to stirring the pot, she does it in style. That is exactly why Leslie and her portrayer, Trisha Mann-Grant, have been selected as Soap Opera News’ Look of the Week.

Now, let’s talk about that dress.

Leslie Crashed the Party in Style

Leslie knew good and well that most of the people at Martin’s fundraiser didn’t want her anywhere near the event. But that didn’t stop her from securing a pass and showing up anyway.

And when she walked into the room, people were definitely paying attention. Some were rolling their eyes. Others couldn’t help turning their heads.

Either way, she had everyone’s attention.

Of course, she wasn’t the only person serving looks at the fundraiser. Fairmont Crest’s elite understood the assignment, and nearly everyone brought their fashion A-game for one of the town’s biggest nights.

Still, for us, Leslie took the cake.

A Dress Worth Talking About

Leslie stole the spotlight in a breathtaking off-the-shoulder gown.

The structured, floor-length design featured a romantic sweetheart neckline that framed her shoulders beautifully. Wrap-around detailing across the bodice created a sculpted silhouette that was both elegant and flattering.

The gown’s intricate geometric diamond pattern shimmered under the lights, thanks to metallic woven detailing that added depth and texture throughout the fabric. Meanwhile, the beaded trim along the neckline elevated the entire look.

If you’re looking for inspiration for your next formal event, this dress is it!

The Perfect Finishing Touches

The accessories were equally impressive.

Leslie kept things sophisticated with geometric drop earrings that complemented the gown’s pattern. Meanwhile, a delicate ring added just the right amount of sparkle, while a sleek black velvet clutch featuring a gold sculptural clasp was another standout.

Her hair was equally on point.

Soft, voluminous side-swept waves with warm highlights framed her face beautifully, while a muted berry lip and subtle smoky eye completed the glamorous look.

She Didn’t Just Attend the Party. She Was the Party.

Love Leslie or hate her, there’s no denying she understood the assignment.

While plenty of Fairmont Crest residents looked fabulous at Martin’s fundraiser, Leslie walked in and immediately became one of the evening’s standout fashion moments.

Simply put, she didn’t just attend the party.

She was the party.

And as always, we have to give a big shoutout to the hair, makeup, and wardrobe departments at Beyond the Gates. Week after week, they continue to deliver some of the best looks in daytime television.

This week was no exception.

Do you agree with our pick for Look of the Week, or was there another Beyond the Gates character or soap character whose style caught your eye this week?
