A new system is being implemented to help others with the coronavirus in New York City. The construction of a 68-bed emergency field hospital is happening in New York City’s Central Park. And, the good news is that one of the persons on the team who is assisting with the set up in the midst of the pandemic is the son of legendary soap actor, Vincent Irizarry (ex-David Hayward, All My Children; ex-Dr. Jordan Armstrong, The Bold and the Beautiful; ex-Deimos Kiriakis, Days of our Lives; ex-David Chow, The Young and the Restless; ex-Lujack Luvonoczek, Guiding Light). The actor shared on Twitter that his eldest son, Ash Harris, is helping out in the COVID-19 crisis.

He stated, “To all my dear friends in NYC, my son Ash arrived there yestrday w/ Samaritan’s Purse & a team of respiratory specialists 2 set up a field hospital in Central Park… He says the’yll be there until the need has passd…

The official report confirmed that the hospital is specifically designed to be a respiratory care unit that will open on Tuesday. It is a partnership between Samaritan’s Purse and Mount Sinai Health System.

Harris, the son of Irizarry was born in 1989 and he served in the U.S military. Please keep him in your prayers.
