In today’s episode of GH, Drew came home feeling confident that things were finally going to work out for him and Willow. He poured himself a drink, took a few sips, and went to his safe. He pulled out a ring, stared at it for a moment, and set it down next to a picture of him and Willow.
“It’s all going to work out, Willow. You’ll see,” he said to himself. But only moments later, a gunshot rang out. Drew’s mouth opened in shock as he fell to the ground. The unknown shooter stepped over his body, took careful aim, and fired again, this time hitting him directly in the back.
But who did it?
Suspects in Drew’s Shooting
With such a long list of possible suspects, it’s really hard to narrow things down.
Carly threatened to kill him, Alexis did the same, and Curtis isn’t far behind. Nina definitely wanted him out of the picture, and Portia had her reasons, too. Michael had a motive, and Sidwell could be involved. Sonny is another name on the list, and so is Stella.
For many viewers, however, Willow might seem like the top suspect. After all, Drew is the reason she lost custody of her kids, and he betrayed her by sleeping with her mother.
Yes, they may have gotten back together, but the look on Willow’s face in today’s episode of General Hospital was pretty telling. It wouldn’t be far-fetched for her to have pulled the trigger. She’s no stranger to revenge, just look at what she did to Sasha and baby Daisy.
But sometimes, the most obvious suspect is actually the least likely one to have done it.
Who We Know Didn’t Shoot Drew
As of now, no one has been officially ruled out, but we can definitely cross off Kai and Trina. Sure, both had a motive to commit the crime, but they were actually at the scene, doing their own thing and trying to get the evidence Drew had on Portia. They heard the shots and knew something serious had happened, but will they eventually come forward as witnesses?
