Peter Bergman has spent over two decades playing the role of Jack Abbott on ‘The Young and the Restless’ and some would assume he’s probably tired and will soon need a break. In a recent interview with Digital Journal, Bergman spoke about his almost 29 years as Jack Abbott, his recent Daytime Emmy Award Nomination in the category of Outstanding Lead Actor, working with his co-stars, future plans and much more. So, would Bergman ever walk away from the role that made him a household name today? When asked about his future plans he shared, “I am going to keep this job as long as I can. I am going to ride off into the sunset when this is over. I will do a lot of sailing, reading and piano-playing.” Of course, we would love if he could stick around forever. Bergman did also mention the love he has for his co-stars as he highlighted, “All of these people are terrific people to know and to work with. I’m crazy about Gina, and I’ve known Joshua since he very first came on the show, and I’ve watched him grow and his family grow. We are all growing up together.” To read the full interview, go here: http://www.digitaljournal.com/entertainment/entertainment/peter-bergman-talks-emmy-nomination-the-young-and-the-restless/article/519638#ixzz5CkqebWrB
