Young and the Restless spoilers for Tuesday, October 6, 2026, tease a big day for Phyllis Summers, while Nick Newman has some serious explaining to do. Victor Newman makes good on a promise to Phyllis, Nikki Newman puts Nick through the wringer, and Sharon Newman prepares to make a fresh start.

Victor Keeps His Promise to Phyllis
Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) is making a name for herself in Genoa City. It is the one thing she has had her heart—and mind—set on these days! To that end, that is why she cut that big deal with Cane (Billy Flynn). Sure, things are looking up for her, but even Red (as Jack calls her) knows that she has to be very careful.
She has Arabesque, but it has been hemorrhaging money—and that is definitely not good. Victor (Eric Braeden) handed her the company, and she is determined not to see it fall to the ground. Meanwhile, she now owns the building across the street from Newman Enterprises and she also owns the GCAC!
So yeah, she has plenty to focus on. Now, Victor makes good on a promise to Phyllis. Things should be looking real good for her, right?
Nikki Puts Nick in the Hot Seat
But as for Nick (Joshua Morrow), things aren’t looking so hot. He hasn’t been completely honest about what went down with that drug dealer named Joe (Chris Wenchell).
He is at least hoping the cops don’t find out—and he clearly doesn’t want his family in the loop, either. Still, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) is one concerned mom! Once she senses that something is up, she is going to take action. That action comes in the form of a full-on interrogation as the Newman matriarch puts Nick right in the hot seat.
Sharon Makes a Fresh Start
The Young and the Restless spoilers for October 6 also tease that Sharon (Sharon Case) makes a fresh start. She has had her fair share of ups and downs during her time in Genoa City. A fresh start after everything she has endured over the years is certainly a welcome change—or is it?
Will Victor’s promise help Phyllis turn things around? Can Nick keep the truth about Joe from Nikki, or will his mother get him to crack? And what do you think Sharon’s fresh start will look like? Let us know what you think in the comments!
