Y&R Recap March 8, 2024: Today on The Young and the Restless – Victor gives Jordan an ultimatum, Tucker sees a new side to Ashley, and Nikki makes a distress call to Jack.
Young and Restless (Y&R) Recap March 8, 2024:
Mariah swings by Society and asks Tessa if she’s ready to clock out. Tessa’s almost done, and she wonders if Mariah just got off work. Mariah confirms and mentions she’s absolutely starving, suggesting they grab a snack.
Sensing something’s up, Mariah asks Tessa about it. Tessa explains that security at the ranch has been beefed up because of the whole Jordan situation. A guard mistook her for Jordan, stopped her, and it totally freaked her out. But when he realized his mistake, he was really apologetic. Mariah promises to talk to Victor about it.
Young and Restless (Y&R) Recap March 8, 2024:
Tessa thinks the security measures are way too much, and Aria might be feeling the tension. She figures that if this is how it’s going to be, maybe it’s time to move. Mariah agrees, saying it might be time to find their own place. So, they hop on the internet to check out potential new homes.
Ashley Goes to See Tucker!
After Ashley texts him, Tucker gives her a call to find out what’s up. She says she’d tell him when they meet in person and that it is urgent. He informs her that it’s late and he is getting ready to go to Paris with Audra. Tucker jokes about throwing some glasses and chairs at their favorite bistro.
Ashley goes up to his suite and he asks if her visit has anything to do with why Abby stopped by earlier. She is surprised to hear about Abby’s visit, and they discuss what went down. Ashley then confesses that she wants things to go back to the way they were between them. She also wants to be a part of every aspect of his life.
Tucker, however doesn’t trust her and refuses, saying it wouldn’t work. Later, Audra arrives, and Tucker greets her with a big kiss. She wonders why Ashley is there, and Tucker says she was just on her way out.
Young and Restless (Y&R) Recap March 8, 2024:
Before leaving, Ashley tells Audra that she and Tucker will be married again; it’s only a matter of time. Audra then admits to Tucker that she isn’t worried; she is just annoyed by Ashley’s constant pursuit of him. She can’t wait for their trip and makes sure Tucker knows it.
Upstairs at the Ranch, Victor gets a call from Jordan who tells him that Claire passed on his message. She mentions that it sucks about Victoria’s house burning down. Victor accuses her of being behind it, but Jordan claims she has no idea what he is talking about. She mentions seeing it in the news and the fact that no one was hurt. Then she demands that he tell her where Claire really is and who she’s with. Victor then tells Jordan that he wants to meet up and sort this out. He’ll do anything she says. Jordan’s not buying it, though. Victor suggests meeting face to face.
Jack Supports Nikki!
Jack shows up at the Ranch and Nikki apologizes for bothering him so late. He reassures her that she’s not bothering him. She explains that everyone else is asleep, but she couldn’t sleep because it’s been a rough night.
Jack expresses relief that there’s no booze around and praises her for reaching out to him. However, Nikki pulls out a bottle of vodka which was hidden, revealing that it was missed when Victor had the house searched. She confides in Jack about Seth’s death and insists that Jordan is behind it all to send her a message. She also shares about the fire at Victoria’s house. Nikki says she is terrified for her family and is tempted to drink. Jack suggests they could head to a meeting if they leave right away.
Young and Restless (Y&R) Recap March 8, 2024:
Jack and Nikki head to a meeting. Nikki brings up Seth’s death and is convinced that Jordan is the one responsible. Even though she doesn’t have solid proof, she just knows it’s her and despises her for it. Nikki also confesses that she blames herself for getting Seth involved in her plan to confront Jordan, feeling partly responsible for his death. She’s determined to make it her mission to ensure that Jordan, the monstrous murderer, ends up behind bars.
Nikki is adamant that Jordan must pay with her life. She wants to see her suffer the most dreadful fate within the confines of prison. Nikki firmly believes that if karma truly exists, Jordan’s retribution will come soon.
After the meeting, they head back to the Ranch and Nikki asks Jack to dispose of the bottle of booze. Then Victor walks in, spots the bottle, and asks what it’s doing there. Nikki plays it cool, saying she had no idea it was around and just asks Jack to get rid of it. Jack takes off, and Nikki starts questioning Victor about why he’s dressed up this late. He says he has to make a call at the office, but Nikki’s not buying it. She’s not letting him leave without spilling the beans.
Young and Restless (Y&R) Recap March 8, 2024:
After grabbing a drink at the bar, Ashley heads home and runs into Jack. She’s in a great mood and Jack assumes the walk really did her good. She confirms it and says she can see her future clearly now. Jack hopes it’s a future without Tucker, and she agrees completely. Meanwhile, Tucker is in his suite, sipping a drink and mutters “something’s not right” while Audra, in her bathrobe, watches him.
