Daniel Goddard is an awesome and talented actor whom fans best know as Cane Ashby on ‘The Young and the Restless’. He is also an awesome real-life dad and husband. Goddard began dating interior designer Rachael Marcus in August 1998. They later got married on February 3, 2002. Their union brought forth 2 adorable boys; Sebastian William Goddard and Ford Goddard. 16 years ago today I lost my pants… literally lost my pants hours before our wedding! Then… by the grace of God and thankfully for our wedding guests the hotel found them on a garden path… (don’t ask). Anyways that day I married the love of my life (fully dressed I might add, although I was prepared to do it in my undies because when you find ur soul mate you’ll do what ever it takes to marry them! And now all these years later she is still my lover, best frIend and mother of my children. Rachael…. I adore you! #happyanniversary My love!

Over the last week I’ve received so many messages and read so many comments from people who have taken on #CanesChallenge and in the process found that sense of control that for so long, has been missing from their lives. I’ve read stories of beautiful moments of change! Whether it be weight loss, or the simple fact that you are now taking more time for yourself! And I love it! Because that’s what this whole thing is about. It’s about creating change and taking control of your life! And so… this has inspired me to welcome #TellAFriendTuesday to the list of challenges! Because there is something inspiring about sharing your journey with someone who you know will benefit and grow from it! (Not to mention when u feel like drinking a soda or beer tomorrow on #WaterWednesday you can call them and have them talk of the ledge! Lol.) So I want you to take a minute and think of someone that will make a great #challengebuddy and in the comments below… invite them to join you on your journey… because after all, this is a team sport, and we are all in this together! When I moved to America I discovered a whole new slew of holidays… but instantly fell in love with Thanksgiving! And now, all these years later it is still such a special day to me because I have so much to be grateful for.
