The Bold and the Beautiful’s newest beauty, Nia Sioux (Emma Barber) is celebrating her 17th birthday today. Sioux is the daughter of Evan and Holly Frazier. She began dancing at the tender age of 3 and mostly danced contemporary and musical theatre numbers during her time at the Abby Lee Dance Company.
