It was an eventful day in Fairmont Crest on Beyond the Gates BTG, and the drama continues in the Wednesday, March 19 episode—spoilers below!
Previously on Beyond the Gates
Dani and Chelsea sat at home discussing Chelsea’s modeling career. Though Chelsea contemplated quitting, she was determined to avoid breaking her mom’s heart, at least for the moment. Meanwhile, Kat, Nicole, Anita, and Vernon gathered for breakfast at the Country Club and chatted about the awards ceremony. While the event was spectacular, Kat felt a twinge of annoyance upon seeing photos where Eva had borrowed a dress from her closet. She also spoke about the new young man in her life, Tomas. The family wanted to meet him but Kat wasn’t ready for that step.
Shortly after, Tomas arrived for their date, and Chelsea made her entrance as well. Hayley was there, attempting to get the attention of the waiters, but they ignored her completely. As she stormed out, Dani walked in. Hayley went home to vent to Bill about her disappointed morning.
Meanwhile, the Dupree family shared in moments of laughter when Eva showed up with Nicole’s tablets and some things for her to review. Vernon welcomed Eva to join them, and noticing what’s going on, Kat decided to wrap up her date with Tomas early.
Kat Vs. Eva
She became territorial and insisted Eva vacate her seat. Eva complied and bumped into Tomas on her way out. She took the opportunity to get acquainted with him. Kat stumbled on the scene and after Tomas departed, she confronted Eva, making her feelings clear.
Meanwhile, Marcel and Jacob were on a stakeout when they spotted Joey Armstrong. This raised plenty of questions but they sat and observed. Naomi received a visit from three girls who informed her about Mike Davidson’s (Bill’s best man at his wedding) inappropriate behavior at her father’s firm. Naomi recognized that broaching the subject with her father would be challenging, but the girls wanted her to pursue legal action against his firm. She later consulted with Jacob about the whole thing!
BTG Spoilers for March 19
Coming up next on Beyond the Gates, Andre (Sean Freeman) finds Dani (Karla Mosley)! Dani has been very good at putting on a facade, acting as if she’s getting better at coping with the fact that her ex left her for her daughter’s best friend. This couldn’t be farther from the truth. Dani has been secretly drowning her sorrows in the bottle. She drank those sorrows away and laid right on the kitchen floor. Will Andre find her there before anyone else does?
Anniversary Plans
Meanwhile, in the land of blissful lovebirds (for now), Ted (Maurice Johnson) and Nicole (Daphnee Duplaix) plan their anniversary. Then there’s Leslie (Trisha Mann-Grant), who continues to scheme with Eva (Amby Michelle), while Ashley (Jen Jacob) tells Jan (Jerri Tubbs) about her situation with Derek (Ben Gavin) and Andre!
