Beyond the Gates Spoilers May 27: Shanice Makes a Decision About Ted
Shanice (Ernestine Johnson) has been struggling to find solid ground in her relationship with Ted (Keith D. Robinson). She just cannot stop thinking about the way he essentially let Leslie (Trisha-Mann Grant) off the hook.
To make matters worse, Shanice absolutely loathes the idea of Ted dealing with his ex at all—especially that particular ex. Honestly, anyone can understand why. Leslie has made it her personal mission to make everyone else’s life a living hell.
Because of this ongoing drama, the clock has run out for Shanice. She has to decide right now if she actually wants a future with Ted, and she is finally ready to give him her answer. What will it be?
Leslie Causes More Trouble in Fairmont Crest
Speaking of Leslie, a major press conference is scheduled to take place at Garland. True to form, Leslie has impeccable bad timing. Spoilers reveal that she crashes the event and causes a scene.
In other parts of Fairmont Crest, Naomi (Arielle Prepetit) does her absolute best to support Ashley (Jen Jacob) during a devastating time. Ashley has been completely spiraling since Derek’s (Ben Gavin) tragic death, and it really doesn’t look like she will be moving past her grief anytime soon.
The drama also extends to the Richardson-Smith household. Martin (Brandon Claybon) and Tyrell (Jaden Lucas Miller) sit down for an important, if not slightly awkward, father-son chat. Tyrell takes the opportunity to talk to his dad about the realities of sex.
Meanwhile, the medical drama heats up as Mona (Karan Kendrick) connects with Jan (Jerri Tubbs) to deliver a crucial health update.
