The Bold and the Beautiful Recap for Today, January 5, 2024:
What happened today on The Bold and the Beautiful: Separately, Hope and Thomas learn of Xander Avant’s damning accusations.
Thomas is stunned to learn from Steffy about the accusations against him. Thomas wonders why Xander would do this. Steffy admits she told Finn to forget that these accusations were made and not to mention them again. Thomas thinks it is a good time to say thank you to his sister. They may not always agree, but he says when they are down in the trenches, she always has his back, and that means the world to him. Steffy tells him that she is his sister and she will always be on his side. She says he has done an incredible job on himself and remaking himself. He made mistakes in the past just like anybody else, but he is a good man, and what happened to Emma was a tragic accident; it wasn’t his fault. Thomas wonders if there was prior contact between Xander and Finn, but Steffy says that is not possible because Finn had no idea who Xander was. Thomas wonders if Xander came back to pinn Emma’s death on him and is using Finn as a way to do it. Thomas defends himself, saying Finn does not need to be concerned about Hope because no one will come between them, and he will not hurt her.
After Hope exits the office, Thomas enters and talks to Finn. He tells Finn that he doesn’t want any trouble and requests that he does not come between him and Hope. Thomas assures Finn that he will treat Hope with the utmost respect. Thomas also stresses that Finn is his sister’s husband, so they are technically family and should get along. Finn firmly states that as long as he’s alive, Thomas will never be with Hope. Meanwhile, Hope returns to the office and informs Steffy about her conversation with Finn regarding Xander’s accusations. Steffy sympathizes with her brother and emphasizes the need for someone to be there for him, love him, and support him.
