B&B Recap October 15: Sheila Spies Deacon and Taylor In a Close Moment

B&B Recap October 15: Brooke and Ridge Advise Hope

The models strut down the runway in the showroom at Forrester Creations while Ridge, Brooke, and Hope look on.

Brooke explains that it’s not that she doesn’t like the designs—they’re just not attention-grabbing enough. Ridge then suggests that Hope needs something fresh to shake things up.

Hope’s fingers are crossed that her search for a new designer will bring that spark back. Ridge mentions the idea of Hope getting help from an intern, and Hope admits she still can’t believe the news about Luna.

Deke Visits FC

As they’re talking, Deke swings by, and everyone lights up when they see him. Ridge asks what brings him to L.A., and Deke mentions it’s family. With a grin, Ridge jokes that maybe Deke can help with babysitting his dad.

They can all agree that Deke came back at the right time, considering how things are going with his dad’s relationship with Sheila.

Later, Brooke tells Ridge she’s been thinking about what Deke said regarding bringing Hope for the Future back. She admits she’s happy about it, too. Ridge agrees it was the right decision. Brooke then tells Ridge how excited and happy she is to be married to him again, and the two share a kiss. She admits she wonders how Taylor is doing.

Brooke says she wants her to be happy and is optimistic that she will eventually have a new man in her life.

Hope and Deke Talk About Their Dad’s Marriage

Hope finishes up a call in the design office just as Deke shows up. The two talk about their dad and how he ended up marrying someone as dangerous as Sheila. Deke admits he hopes he doesn’t sound heartless, and Hope points out that pretty much any other woman would be better for their dad.

Hope explains that when she first heard about Deacon and Sheila, she gave him an ultimatum. She then jokes that maybe it’s best for him to find a woman and start over, a woman with all ten of her toes.

B&B Recap Oct 15: Sheila Pleads with Deacon

At Il Giardino, Deacon reaches out to Taylor over the phone and is genuinely happy when she actually picks up. He’s hoping she can help him sort through what’s weighing on his mind.

Taylor suggests they keep talking and mentions she had a last-minute cancellation that morning. She invites him to stop by if he’s available. Deacon hangs up, ready to head over, but just as he’s about to leave, Sheila shows up and tells him how much she misses him and the life they had together.

Deacon reminds Sheila that she betrayed him, and he’s not sure how to move past that. Sheila insists she’s willing to work to earn back his trust. She points out that Luna is in police custody now and, with her facing a long prison sentence, there’s nothing she can do to help her—even if she wanted to.

Sheila then tells Deacon she needs her husband and hopes they can work through this together. Finally, she invites him to come home.

Deacon notes that he needs time to figure things out. He says he has to figure out where he goes from here. However, Sheila suggests they do it together. Deacon reveals he has been seeing someone professionally to help him navigate things. Sheila wants to know who it is.

Deacon explains that he is speaking with Taylor. Sheila is hopeful that Taylor can help him find his way back to her, since she’s one of the best. Deacon heads out, and moments later, Sheila follows him.

Deacon Sees Taylor

Taylor is on a call when Deacon arrives. She quickly wraps it up, and Deacon wastes no time getting to the point. He admits he really needs her help to figure out what to do about his marriage.

Taylor suggests bringing in a colleague who’s more removed from the case, since she knows Sheila personally. Deacon, however, keeps pressing for her help. He asks what he’s supposed to do if he leaves Sheila.

Taylor tells Deacon she can’t exactly tell him what to do. Deacon admits he’s worried about Sheila backsliding, but as Taylor gently points out, the decision to end his marriage has to come from him.

Meanwhile, Sheila swings by and eavesdrops from outside. Inside, Deacon starts singing Taylor’s praises, telling her how lucky he feels to be talking to someone so intelligent and beautiful. Taylor is clearly flattered. He even adds that Ridge is a fool and that any man would be lucky to have her. Taylor responds that any woman would be lucky to have him too.

As much as she’s touched, Taylor lets him know their session has to end. Deacon stands, hugs her, and thanks her—completely unaware that Sheila is outside, watching every moment.
