B&B Recap December 1: Steffy Wonders How Finn Feels
Steffy and Finn are at home, getting a little lost in each other as they start making out.
Steffy feels like she can breathe again. Every time she thought they were out of danger, they weren’t. Luna kept reappearing, each time more unhinged than before.
She wonders how Finn is really holding up in the aftermath of his daughter’s death.
Steffy tells him he doesn’t have to hide his feelings from her. She doesn’t want to be insensitive about the fact that he lost his daughter. Finn says she’s been anything but; he can face anything with her by his side.
Later, Finn makes a call to see if he can get any information about who killed Luna. The police won’t give him anything, and he wonders if he’ll ever learn the truth.
Dylan Comes to Visit
Over at the Beach house, Will is shocked to learn that Dylan is the one who ran over Luna.
Electra notes that Luna put Dylan through enough. “Talk about wrong place, wrong time, twice,” Will says. There’s a knock at the door. It’s Dylan. She admits it feels kind of weird being back there. Will suggests going out on the deck if it’s uncomfortable, but Dylan says it’s okay.
Electra tells him she already filled Will in on the truth and asks how he’s holding up.
Dylan admits how much the night of the crash has been haunting her. Electra hugs her while Will watches, smiling.
Dylan beats herself up, unable to stop thinking about it. She insists it was an accident. She says she needs to talk to Finn and Steffy and explain that it truly was just an accident. Electra agrees and says they’ll take her to see them.
Katie Helps Bill
At Spencer Publications, Katie tries to get Bill’s attention. He apologizes, saying it’s something he just has to get done. Katie makes suggestions about the acquisition, and he tells her she never ceases to impress him.
Bill, in fact, tells her that her talent is being wasted at Forrester, just like their son’s.
Bill implores Katie to return to Spencer and shows her the view from the window. However, she insists she loves her job at the fashion house. She feels valued and appreciated there — at least most of the time. Bill wonders what that means.
Katie explains that they brought in a new PR firm to handle the Luna situation. She didn’t have a say in it, and this isn’t the first time something like that has happened. Katie thinks it’s just family dynamics. She works for Brooke and Ridge, and she’s fine with it. Katie insists that she’s happy. Bill thinks the Forresters are damn lucky to have her and better start appreciating her before it’s too late.
Katie insists that Will is doing well at FC. “For handing Ridge pins so he can make a dress?” Bill asks sarcastically. He insists there’s a place for her and Will at Spencer.
Katie thanks Bill for the confidence boost. Bill promises to show her every day how much he loves and admires her. He assures her that her heart is safe with him. “We’re Spencers,” he reminds her.
Ridge and Brooke Talk about Katie
At the office, Ridge and Brooke talk about Katie. They think Katie needs to focus on her family and picking up the pieces after everything with Luna, instead of worrying about PR at FC.
Ridge admits there’s nobody who can market a product like Katie, but they can’t move past this until they get rid of the negative press. He then shows Brooke a new design. She loves it — it’s something very sensual. Ridge thinks Forrester will be just fine, and he’s so glad she’s a part of it as they kiss.
She wonders if his father has seen it. Ridge tells her that she’s the first, and she feels special. Ridge adds that without her, none of this would have happened. He promises to make sure Katie and the new PR firm drive things home.
Ridge notes that they will continue to support Will and Katie. Brooke tells him he’s amazing and that she’s grateful they’re back together. He tells her he loves her so much and doesn’t want to be apart from her again.
B&B Recap Dec. 1: Dylan Confesses
Steffy gets notifications on her phone, all alerts about Luna’s death. She sighs, frustrated that it’s all about Forrester Creations. Finn tells her to hang in there; it will cool off.
There’s a knock at the door. Steffy hopes it’s not another reporter; she’s tired of answering questions about Luna. Finn opens the door to find Will and Electra. They’re happy to see Steffy and Finn, especially after everything that’s happened.
Will says there’s something they don’t know about that night, it’s Dylan. Electra lets her in. Steffy notes that she had texted Dylan, and Dylan appreciates her checking in. Steffy recalls how Luna tied Dylan up in a room. Will explains that they now know who ran Luna off the road. Dylan gets emotional and admits it was her, apologizing and insisting it was an accident.
