B&B Recap October 10: Everyone is on Edge

B&B Recap October 10: Electra and Will Share a Moment

Electra is at the office, looking at jewelry, when she says she can feel Will looking at her. He promises that he’s just stopping by, but she ends up just sitting there, staring at him. The necklace in her hands gets tangled, and Will offers to fix it. He can’t. Electra tells him it’s okay, that it’s probably a lost cause. He tells her they’re not a lost cause.

Electra is stunned. She says she doesn’t think that either, but the fact that Luna might be pregnant with his child really freaks her out. Will gets a text and says it’s from his dad, they are doing a paternity test today. So they decide to head over to the Spencer Estate.

Luna Learns about the Paternity Test

Luna comes down and is ready to go to the pool. Bill and Katie inform her that they have someone to perform the paternity test. Someone they know and trust.

Luna wonders who they have coming. Bill says they have to spring it on her so she can’t alter any results. Luna guesses it might be her grandma Li, but they tell her no. She wonders who it could be, but no one answers before the doorbell rings.

Katie gets it, and it’s Bridget. Katie introduces Bridget to Luna and warns her that she will do the test, and there will be no room for altering anything.

Bridget tells Luna that she was part of the surgical team when Luna got shot. Li had told her Luna died, so it feels a little surreal to see her alive now. Luna thanks Bridget, saying she really appreciates her working on her and basically saving her life.

B&B Recap October 10: Bridget Performs a Paternity Test

Bridget gets set up for the test. Will and Electra arrive, and Bridget announces that she is performing a non-invasive DNA test—a test that can be done as early as seven weeks—and Luna is exactly seven weeks.

As Bridget begins, everyone is clearly on edge, while Luna remains confident that the results will come back proving her claim that Will is her baby’s father.

Later, Luna asks Bill why he’s watching her. He tells her she conned him before, making him believe he was her father. She tells him she has no reason to do any of that now—she’s having Will Spencer’s baby.

While they wait for he results, Electra calls Luna on her actions. Something goes beep, and Bridget tells them the results are ready. Everyone is on edge and anxious to hear what it says.

Finn and Taylor Share Their Concern

At the cliff house, Taylor brings Finn something to drink. He admits he is really struggling with whether or not to tell Steffy that Luna is alive.

Taylor admits she is conflicted too. In her professional opinion, the right thing to do is to tell Steffy, but as a mother, she’s concerned. She believes Luna needs to be back behind bars before they say anything.

Brooke, Ridge, Finn, and Taylor Wait for the Results

Brooke is happy to see Bridget. Bridget is headed over to Bill’s to perform the paternity test. Brooke begs her to let them know the result. Ridge remains concerned about Bill and his decision-making in the past. He notes that because it’s his family involved now, things are different.

Later, Ridge calls Taylor to tell her that a paternity test is being done. Taylor decides to swing by Brooke’s with Finn since they’re going to find out the truth today.

As Finn and Taylor arrive, Brooke reveals that Katie asked Bridget to perform the test so Luna can’t tamper with it. Finn then apologizes for what his mother did. Taylor notes that Li made a crazy call, and clearly her judgment was clouded.

Later, Taylor approaches Brooke and offers to provide a referral if Will ever needs something to talk to, after what Luna did to him.

Ridge wonders when they should tell Steffy that Luna is alive. Finn notes that she and the kids will be back soon. On one hand, he cannot hide it from his wife, but he would love to shield her from this reality a little longer. Ridge suggests they ensure Luna is behind bars before Seffy gets back.
