B&B Recap September 16: Li Chokes Luna, Taylor Gets Shocking News

Today on The Bold and the Beautiful, September 16: Ridge holds Thomas down and away from Brooke as his agony is apparent. Meanwhile, Li becomes livid with Luna’s deception…enough to do her physical harm. Plus, Remy and Deke are confused by Luna’s request.. Read on as Soap Opera News recaps what happened.

B&B Recap September 16: Ridge Shuts Down Thomas

At Forrester, Thomas confronts Ridge, practically begging him to say Brooke is lying about their sudden marriage. He’s stunned — how could Ridge have been engaged to Taylor one minute and married to Brooke the next?

But Ridge isn’t entertaining any of it. He lays down the law, telling Thomas that what he walked in on — with his hands on Ridge’s wife — will never happen again. Ridge makes it clear: Brooke is his wife now, and Thomas needs to accept that, whether he likes it or not.

Ridge explains that he doesn’t want to cause anyone pain. However, this constant blaming of Brooke is over. If he wants someone to blame, then he can blame him.

Ridge begs Thomas to accept this. He wants his son to be happy for him. Thomas embraces Brooke and hugs her. He tells his dad he wants him to be happy and hugs him too.

Taylor Learns Ridge Got Married

Taylor is packing up her things when Eric stops by. She notices the look of pity on his face and immediately assumes he’s there to ask her to leave. But Eric assures her that’s not the case. He gently delivers the news that Ridge and Brooke are married.

“Ridge and Brooke? Married again.. Congratulations, your hard work paid off,” Taylor tells Eric.

She calls out Eric about going behind her back and pushing Ridge to go be with Brooke. She calls him biased and points out how the Logans can work a man. Now her family has been torn apart again.

Eric insists she doesn’t have to leave. Taylor appreciates it, but says she is moving out anyway. She urges Eric not to worry about her. She’ll be fine.

Taylor notes that Brooke has had two generations of Forrester men supporting her over the years. While they think Ridge is going to be better off now that he is with Brooke, Taylor doesn’t think that’s the case. In fact, she’s certain it’s not.

Eric tells her that Ridge has had two leading ladies over the years but ultimately, he belongs with Brooke. “WOW,” Taylor responds. In that case, she takes her bag and decides to leave. She promises that someone will come by to pick up the rest of her stuff.

Bill and Katie Say Luna Needs to Pay

Elsewhere, Bill and Katie are trying to wrap their heads around how Luna convinced Will to sleep with her. They’re furious and united in one thing: Luna won’t get away with this. “Where is she?” Katie demands.

Deke Meets Luna

At Remy’s place, he’s still trying to process everything Luna just told him. He figures Will must have been in shock when he realized who he was with. Remy asks if Luna really believes she and Will are meant to be together. Luna, ever determined, says yes — and insists she’ll make that happen.

She asks to use the bathroom, and Remy agrees. But just as she steps away, in walks Deke. Luna’s startled and asks how Remy’s friend can just walk in. Deke freezes when he sees her, stunned. “She’s supposed to be dead,” he says.

“Deke, meet Luna,” Remy replies, clearly unsure what to make of it all.

Luna assumes they are roommates. However, Remy explains that they live together. They are a couple. Luna wonders how this is coming from a guy who was crazy for a certain girl not so long ago.

Remy explains that he thought he could do that to hide who he really was, but says now he doesn’t have to.

Luna questions if Deke knows about her through Remy. However, Deke says that’s not the case. She’s a well-talked-about person in L.A. She’s all over the internet, and he knows all about what she’s done.

As Deke starts questioning Remy’s connection with a girl like Luna, she says she doesn’t want to be caught up in a lover’s quarrel and heads off to the bathroom.

Deke tells Remy that Luna has to go. No questions. No stalling. She has to go now. Remy knocks on the bathroom door and tell Luna that time is up, she must leave now. She packs up her pregnancy test and comes out and leaves.

B&B Recap Sept 16: Li Learns What Luna’s Been Up To

Li arrives with some donuts for Luna. She searches for her and realizes she’s not there. There’s a knock at the door. It’s Bill, Will, and Katie. Bill tells her that she has some explaining to do. They know what she’s done and want to know where Luna is.

Li finds herself on the defensive when she’s questioned about how they discovered Luna is still alive. She admits that Luna is her granddaughter. Knowing that, she says, she felt compelled to save her.

But Katie isn’t moved. She informs Li that Luna hurt their son. “He was intoxicated,” Katie says firmly. “She came into his room and took advantage of him.”

Li is shocked!

She doesn’t think it’s possible since she had Luna there the whole time. But then she suddenly remembers that one night she couldn’t find Luna.

After all she’s done for her, Li cannot believe this. She even passes the blame on Bill, saying if he hadn’t gotten her full pardon, this would not have happened.

Bill fires back that Li is the one to blame. After all, she saved Luna.

Later, Luna shows up and they all start verbally attacking her. Luna admits what she did and Li is furious. She compares her to Poppy but Luna says she is nothing like her mother. She only wants one man and that’s Will Spencer.

In the heat of the moment, Li grabs Luna by the neck and starts choking her.
