There’s no doubt that Chad Duell and his alter ego, Michael Corinthos, are missed on General Hospital. So much has happened since his character almost got completely toast in Sonny’s penthouse and then took a trip to a clinic in Germany for some much-needed treatment; Jason is pretending to be the baby daddy of him and Sasha’s unborn child, his mom is now officially dating Brennan, Willow and the kids are moving in with Drew—and Sonny was this close to finding out who ordered his penthouse to go up in smoke.
Meanwhile, Duell decided to give a life update since leaving the ABC daytime soap. He took to Instagram with a pic showcasing his upper body and wrote, “Been on a real journey lately…mentally and physically. Dropped nearly 20 pounds since December, but the weight that really mattered wasn’t just physical. Been shedding old mindsets, self-doubt, and comfort zones too.
He went on to share, “Funny how the more you grow mentally, the more your body wants to match that energy. Or maybe it’s the other way around? Either way, they’re definitely in a relationship… and I think they’re getting serious.” In conclusion, he shared, “Still a work in progress, but I’m proud of the path I’m on. Growth isn’t always loud, but it shows up if you stay consistent.”
